Accessibility Act

As of June 28, 2025, a new European law — the European Accessibility Act — is also in effect in Italy.
Its goal is to ensure that digital products and services, such as websites and applications, can be easily used by everyone, including people with disabilities.

The obligations established by this regulation apply to digital operators based on the specific characteristics and activities of each company. At this stage, Johan & Levi does not fall within the parameters set by the law and is therefore not subject to the obligations introduced by the European Accessibility Act.
